Mye leads our People function as VP, People. As a global HR leader, Mye brings extensive experience spearheading transformative people strategies, initiatives and programs that positively impact company culture, employee engagement and taking high performance to the next level. Throughout her career, she’s successfully built and scaled people initiatives for both fast paced start-ups and large organizations. This includes supporting them through rapid growth, mergers & acquisitions and change management efforts. She excels at building relationships with business leaders and team members of all levels as a trusted people advisor while fostering transparency & compassion as my core leadership values. Mye is passionate about all things HR, rolling up my sleeves with a “no task is too big or too small” mentality and achieving company goals while championing talent development, DE&I and a people first culture. Mye and her team develop Deepwatch’s programs of talent acquisition, learning & development, HR technologies, total rewards, and fostering the Deepwatch culture of transparency, fun, and employee-centric growth.
